 ■ 鉴定员、维修工挂牌上岗,在服务商维修区域的显著位置悬挂维修作业人员培训证明，供用户挑选。

 ■ 发动机的新机检查、维修严格按康明斯厂家标准执行，并将相关程序上墙公布。

 ■ 所有柴油发电机组都必须在专修区进行维修。

 ■ 使用合格的维修工具。

  2、及时服务

 ■ 康明斯及在全国的服务商坚持24小时值班制度，全天候为用户服务。

 ■ 用户的来人、来函、来电在8小时内得到及时处理和反馈。

 ■ 用户的质量保证服务4小时内得到落实，紧急调件在24小时发出（发动机总成除外）。

 ■ 服务站接到用户的故障救援或接到营销公司的通知后，在30分钟内派出服务人员，12小时必须到达现场（边远地区除外）。 

  ■ 与用户达成质量保修协议后，重大问题的处理不得超过72小时,一般故障8小时内完修。
